Booking Cancellation Policy
If you are the Group Leader/Purchaser of a booking/apartment and you find that you and your guests are unable to attend then you can apply for cancellation of your entire apartment. The amount refunded is proportionate and therefore dependant upon the date you advise us of your cancellation, at which point you forfeit your booking and we are free to offer the apartment for sale.
*If you are a member of a group and you are unable to attend, then you could use our message board to advertise your space.
*ONLY the apartment element of your booking is subject to our cancellation policy. In the case of any Car Parking purchases, there is no cancellation policy available.
If you cancel between 8th Nov and 8th Dec 2019, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel between 9th Dec 2019 and 10th Jan 2020, you will receive an 70% refund.
If you cancel between 11th Jan and 12th Feb 2020, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel between 13th Feb and 12th Mar 2020 15.00 hours**, you will receive an 25% refund.
If you cancel between 15.01 hours 12th Mar 2020 and the end if the event, you will receive an 0% refund.
**Cancellation notification must be submitted by email and be received by our office no later than midday 13th March on the day of the event. The event commences at 15.00 hours 13th Mar 2020*******. (Note: We do not accept cancellations by phone).
NB: All cancellations will be subject to our nominal £10 administration fee.
Travel Insurance – You may have taken out specific travel insurance or have an annual policy in which case we will provide a detailed summary to assist your claim.
