Booking Cancellation Policy
If you are the Group Leader/Purchaser of a booking/apartment and you find that you and your guests are unable to attend then you can apply for cancellation of your entire apartment. The amount refunded is proportionate and therefore dependant upon the date you advise us of your cancellation, at which point you forfeit your booking and we are free to offer the apartment for sale.
*If you are a member of a group and you are unable to attend, then you could use our message board to advertise your space.
*ONLY the apartment element of your booking is subject to our cancellation policy. In the case of any Car Parking purchases, there is no cancellation policy available.
If you cancel between 11th Nov and 12th Dec 2021, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel between 13th Dec 2021 and 11th Jan 2022, you will receive an 70% refund.
If you cancel between 12th Jan and 10th Feb 2022, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel between 11th Feb and 10th Mar 2022 15.00 hours**, you will receive an 25% refund.
If you cancel between 15.01 hours 10th Mar 2022 and the end of the event, you will receive a 0% refund.
*Cancellation notification must be submitted by email and be received by our office no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event. The event commences at 15.00 hours 11th March 2022. (Note: We do not accept cancellations by phone).
NB: All cancellations will be subject to our nominal £10 administration fee.
Travel Insurance – You may have taken out specific travel insurance or have an annual policy in which case we will provide a detailed summary to assist your claim.
