Booking Cancellation Policy
If you are the Group Leader/Purchaser of a booking/apartment and you find that you and your guests are unable to attend then you can apply for cancellation of your entire apartment. The amount refunded is proportionate and therefore dependant upon the date you advise us of your cancellation, at which point you forfeit your booking and we are free to offer the apartment for sale.
*If you are a member of a group and you are unable to attend, then you could use our message board to advertise your space.
*ONLY the apartment element of your booking is subject to our cancellation policy. In the case of any Car Parking purchases, there is no cancellation policy available.
If you cancel between 08th Nov and 09th Dec 2023, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel between 10th Dec 2023 and 08th Jan 2024, you will receive an 70% refund.
If you cancel between 09th Jan and 07th Feb 2024, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel between 08th Feb and 01st Mar 2024 15.00 hours**, you will receive an 25% refund.
If you cancel between 15.01 hours 01st Mar 2024 and the end of the event, you will receive a 0% refund.
*Cancellation notification must be submitted by email and be received by our office no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event. The event commences at 15.00 hours 01st March 2024. (Note: We do not accept cancellations by phone).
NB: All cancellations will be subject to our nominal £10 administration fee.
Travel Insurance – You may have taken out specific travel insurance or have an annual policy in which case we will provide a detailed summary to assist your claim.
