ABOUT THE HOTEL
The Grand Burstin Hotel is literally bursting with character.
Situated right on the sea front, this hotel features some stunning views and is only a short walk away from some incredible independent shops and restaurants.
The hotel itself is the perfect venue for our beloved weekend events. With 3 stunning and ample dance spaces, alongside very well-maintained rooms and incredible half-board dining; there is little more that you could ask for from this venue.
But in case there is, the hotel also features it's own gym and leisure facilities and the staff at the venue are incredibly friendly and always happy to help.
Room Facilities
We have organised free Wi-Fi across the whole hotel (normally £7 per day per device).
Each room has an en-suite bathroom, TV, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms enjoy a sea view and balcony and are priced accordingly. Please check out the room configurations.
Food
Your booking includes half board catering - breakfast and evening meal.
There are two buffet style restaurants in the hotel. Both serve hot and cold food across flexible meal hours. For the night owls amongst you, we have negotiated a later Breakfast sitting so you can catch up on well earned sleep!
Evening Meal 5pm-8pm daily
Should you wish to purchase additional food, the Harbour Bar will also be serving snacks at lunchtime, like toasties and ciabattas. Alternatively, you can stroll into Folkestone Town and dine at one of the many restaurants or bars.
Check In
As with previous events, your emailed entry tickets include a QR code for express entry; have it ready on your phone or printed. To avoid internet issues, please save it before leaving home.
If you have booked for other people, you must register their name(s) and email address(es) at bookings.cerocescapes.co.uk. This will allow them to receive their QR code directly and save lengthy queues at check-in.
Please note that codes are only valid for named attendees so please make sure that all the information for your booking is completed before the event.

Dance Rooms
No weekender is complete without the iconic Thunderball Room with classes in the day and pumping up-tempo music in the evenings.
The Cyclone Hall returns too, providing diverse music in the day and home to legendary SILC sets in the evening.
The Tempest Studio receives an impressive facelift. Attend classes in the day and Blues & Tango in the evening.
The Cube is home to Masterclasses, and for chilling-out with a cuppa in the evenings!
Thursday Bookings
If you book the hotel on Thursday, please let us know by email. In this email, detail the lead booker for your booking with the Grand Burstin, and your lead booker with Ceroc. We will try our hardest to get you in your same room for the whole weekend, however this is subject to availability with the hotel, and cannot be guaranteed.

Dive into the Health & Leisure Club, featuring a swimming pool, sauna, solarium and more to keep the good vibes flowing.
Each guest gets 1 free entry to the pool, which can be booked at the reception area of the pool.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PARKING
The hotel has a small car park, but nowhere near the capacity required for our events, therefore we ask that you find alternative parking (we have researched some options for you below), or, travel by public transport.
Booking the hotel on Thursday does not allow you parking for the weekend, and you will need to move your car by 12 midday on Friday
You can drop bags off at the hotel to save long walks with luggage between 1pm and 8pm on Friday. Strict parking fines will be imposed outside these hours - £100 per day. The hotel have automatic cameras that issue fines, so please ensure your car is not onsite outside of these hours.

- Folkestone Central Station (1 mile away - 20 mins walk) This smaller car park is open 24 hours. It charges per day (no more that £4.20 per day according to their website). This car park is pay on arrival and pay per day, so it would be advisable to download the appropriate app and pay each morning to avoid penalties.
- Harbour Car Park (Right outside hotel) This is the most convenient option, however, it does come at a price of £20 per day. We understand this is very expensive but for those that want to be parked in closest proximity, this is your best option. You can find more information on this car park here.
- Folkestone Sainsbury’s. Car park entrance is on Manor Road CT20 2RZ. It’s safe, well lit and locked overnight. It costs £16.50 to stay from Friday to Monday. Only a 12 minute walk to the Grand Burstin. As the car park is locked overnight it can only be accessed between 7am and 8pm Mon –Sat, and between 10am and 4pm on Sunday. The space must be pre-booked through www.yourparkingspace.co.uk
- Other Options There are a number of smaller car parks around the area. These are pay-as-you-go and would require you to pay on a daily basis.
