WHEN TO ARRIVE AND DEPART

The entrances to the site will open at 3pm.

REGISTRATION TIME

Club (E & D) from 3pm onwards.
Classic (G & H) and Classic Plus (A & B) from 4pm onwards.
Budget (L & R including Share with Strangers X) from 5pm onwards*.

*Budget bookers check-in time will continue to be 5pm as the venue can only guarantee that Club, Classic and Classic Plus chalets will have been turned around by 3pm and 4pm respectively.

Music will be played from 3pm in the Boudoir for anyone wishing to start their freestyle dancing early. The entertainment proper kicks off with the first class of the weekend in the Thunderball Room (early evening).

You need to have vacated your apartment by 10am on the Monday morning.
