The Ceroc Champs

20 - 22 November 2026

Your Crew for the day

At Ceroc Champs, we know the magic is not just in the dancing — it’s in the team behind the scenes who make the whole event happen.

Our judges are selected for their expertise, fairness and understanding of partner dance, and every one of them has completed specialist Ceroc Champs judge training. That training has been officially recognised by the British DanceSport Federation UK, helping ensure a judging process that is professional, consistent and fair for every competitor.

Behind the scenes, our experienced crew keeps everything running like clockwork, while our main competition DJ uses decades of musical knowledge to create the perfect soundtrack for every round.

Bringing it all together are our two brilliant comperes, who will keep the atmosphere buzzing, the day flowing and the audience entertained from the opening heat to the final presentation.

This is not just a competition — it’s a spectacular event, delivered by the very best in the business.

Head Judge, Jen Eddy

Jen started in Latin and Ballroom, becoming a British Latin Formation Champion before excelling in competitive line dancing worldwide. Since discovering Ceroc in 2012, she has earned seven Open titles, including World Modern Jive Champion and two Ceroc Grandmaster titles. You’ll also find Jen behind the decks at Ceroc South Wales freestyles.

Jen says: I’m looking for the full package—couples who build on solid technique, layering in creativity and musicality without overpowering their partner. I love to see a true connection, where leading and following feel effortless, with trust, adaptability, and great technique all coming together to create something special on the dance floor.

Judge - Jamie Eddy

Renowned for his captivating performances and creative musicality, Jamie has been hailed as a “lucky dip legend” in the Ceroc community.

I look for dancers who grab my attention with their musicality, skill, and connection. Musicality is key—it shines when everything comes together effortlessly. I love seeing couples who execute exciting moves with precision, bringing energy, style, and a real sense of enjoyment to the dance floor.

Judges - Max & Chrissy

Current two time world champions Max and Chrissy aren’t as scary as they look when they are judging, not only are they great dancers but they are lovely people too. Sickening huh? Max and Chrissy have been teaching Ceroc for 8 years and winning trophies even longer.

They believe that variety is the spice of life – and dance! Think levels, distance, speed or movement type. Think about the dynamics of your dance and how you can use them to adapt your dancing to accent the music perfectly…. They don’t expect much, right?
