WEEKEND INCLUDES
Your purchase includes admission to all freestyles, workshops, 3 meals a day, all drinks, a number of sporting activities and your accommodation.
Admission to freestyles and workshops are controlled by gender identified wrist bands as specified in your purchase.
Accommodation is allocated based on your requirements as specified in your purchase. Please see the Accommodation page.

WHO SHOULD COME?
Single and/or Sharing
A recent survey showed that 80% of the people that go to Ceroc in the UK come on their own. As a result there are a number of single accommodation options available to you. Please view the accommodation page for further details.
Complete Beginners
Even if you have never set foot in a Ceroc venue in your life, this is the place for you to learn how to dance. In addition to the many advanced workshops this weekend, Ceroc has not forgotten its roots and we will be hosting workshops specifically designed for Beginners. These workshops will be intense, fast-track, progressive, dynamic and totally rewarding.
Commencing on Friday afternoon at 4pm there will be a total of four beginner sessions, each of which will last for 1 hour. In each session you will learn 4 Beginners moves and then have time to practice what you have learnt. There are a total of 12 Beginners moves and therefore by the end of the weekend you will have been taught, and been able to practice all of them.
Intermediate Dancers
There are a wide range of workshops that will be perfectly suitable for the intermediate dancer. All the style workshops will certainly help to smooth off any rough edges you may have . The dips, lean and seducers workshops will add some ‘va va vroom’ to your repertoire.
Also the Speciality workshops will show you something different so you can ‘wow’ your friends back at your local venue! Also the hours of concentrated freestyle available at this event will hone your skills, and you will definitely have improved as an all round dancer after this weekend.
Advanced Dancers
At this event there will be some really demanding and creative workshops that will appeal to the most advanced dancers.
WORKSHOPS
For over 15 years Ceroc have been hosting ground-breaking, diverse and challenging workshops at our weekenders. The Escape ethos is to ensure that we provide something for everyone; from beginner to professional.
You can expect over 30 workshops across multiple rooms offering a varied selection of dance styles, techniques and specialisms. No need to book simply stroll up and join in.
There will be a vast array of workshops that will enable you to build on what you have learnt at your regular Ceroc classes if you prefer to stick with what you know.
FREESTYLE DANCING
In the evening there will be two freestyle rooms to choose from, one playing Ceroc Classics and the other playing Smooth / Chill Out music. The line up of top DJs will not only play well known songs but will also mix in new music which will keep you dancing through until the early hours.
MUSIC
Over the last 15 years, we have learnt a thing or two about what you like and when you want it! We have therefore developed a wide circle of some truly great DJs.
The evenings will consist of multiple rooms playing a variety of music to cover all tastes.
We believe we assemble the most outstanding DJs on the circuit, and we strive to put the right music in the right venues at the right times.
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Potters Theatre Company is renowned for the scale and professionalism of its entertainment, with energetic songs and dance routines.
The Atlas Theatre is a state of the art cabaret-style auditorium with a stage to rival many in the West End and is supported by one of the most sophisticated sound and light systems to be found anywhere.
RESTAURANTS
At Swish we understand that food is an important part of your break, so all this will be included in the price; three meals a day.
For Breakfast cereals, yoghurts, Continental and Full English options are available, alongside bottomless tea or coffee.
At Lunch time our three course menu offers variety to suit every palate and appetite with dishes from the kitchen or lighter alternatives such as omelettes and salads available from the buffet.
In the evening there is always a wide choice at dinner with a minimum of three courses served from our main menu. If you have any special dietary requirements please do mention this at the time of making your reservation. There will always be a vegetarian choice throughout the lunch and dinner menus.
The impressive high domed ceiling in our Garden Restaurant gives the air of being aboard a luxury cruise liner and with tables mainly of four to eight Guests, it is intimate enough for everyone to make friends throughout their break.
WELL BEING
Qualified complimentary practitioners will be on hand offering a variety of treatments to keep you feeling fresh and revitalised. Please note that some treatments maybe excluded from the event dependent upon therapists present.
Please note, Ceroc only work qualified practitioners, nevertheless we accept no responsibility and make no recommendation for any treatment that you receive.
Booking Info:
All bookings to be made at the Well-being desk located in the foyer of the main building. This desk will be open throughout the weekend for your convenience. All treatments to be paid in full when booking and only cash is acceptable as there are no card facilities.
Early booking is advisable as some treatments typically sell out by Saturday lunchtime!

WRISTBANDS & GENDER BALANCING
Ceroc believes that at a major weekend event, the gender balance should be managed in order for everyone to have an equal number of opportunities in the workshops and freestyle. For us to achieve this, your booking may be required to have an equal number of men and women. To understand more about gender balancing, please see FAQ page.
When arriving at ‘SWISH’ the men will be issued with a coloured wristband and the ladies will be issued with a different coloured wristband which will have to be worn at all times.
At ‘SWISH’ the wristbands will be checked by security at the entrances to the main entertainment complex to ensure the wearer has the correct coloured wristband.
