Booking Cancellation Policy Bliss 2021

If you book and then find you are unable to attend then you can get a partial refund of your apartment* cost. The amount refunded is dependant upon the date you advise us of your cancellation, at which point you forfeit your booking in its entirety and we are free to offer the apartment for sale.

(Note: IMPORTANT to understand that when you cancel an apartment, you are cancelling the entire apartment and therefore if you intend to retain the apartment for some guests, then this Cancellation Policy is not applicable and should not be used.

If you have a guest that cannot attend the event, then you simply find a replacement and you can use our message board for this purpose). 

*ONLY the apartment element of your booking is subject to our cancellation policy. In the case of any Car Parking purchases, there is no cancellation policy available.

If you cancel between 23 APR 2021 and 10 JUN 2021, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel between 11 JUN 2021 and 29 JUL 2021, you will receive an 70% refund. 
If you cancel between 30 JUL 2021 and 16 SEP 2021, you will receive an 50% refund. 
If you cancel between 17 SEP 2021 and 04 NOV 2021 15.00 hours*, you will receive an 25% refund.
If you cancel between 15.01 hours 04 NOV 2021 and the end of the event, you will receive an 0% refund.

*Cancellation notification must be submitted by email (bliss@ceroc.com) and be received by our office no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event. The event commences at 15.00 hours 5th Nov 2021. (Note: We do not accept cancellations by phone).

NB: All cancellations will be subject to a minimum £10 administration fee.

Travel Insurance – You may have taken out specific travel insurance or have an annual policy in which case we will provide a detailed summary to assist your claim.
