When booking, you can either pay in full straight away or secure your place with a £50pp deposit.

Prefer to spread the cost? No problem! Pay in instalments at your own pace — just make sure the full balance is cleared at least 70 days before the event (1st August 2025).

Important to know:

– Bookings not paid in full by the 70-day deadline will be cancelled without refund.
– If you cancel before the 70-day point, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
– Deposits are non-transferrable.
